Taqueritos Party with Carne Asada

- Taqueritos Chile Toreado
- 1/2 cup creole sofrito
- 2 cups cooked and chopped carne asada
- Guacamole to taste
- Sour cream to taste
- Chopped chives to taste
- Crushed Taqueritos Chile Toreado
Tutorial + -
- Step 1. Place a layer of whole Taqueritos Chile Toreado on a plate or tray forming the base.
- Step 2. In a skillet, heat the creole sofrito over medium heat and pour it over the Taqueritos, distributing it evenly.
- Step 3. In the same skillet, heat the carne asada until very hot and place it on top of the sauce.
- Step 4. Add a scoop of guacamole over the meat and serve with sour cream to taste.
- Step 5. Finish with chopped chives and sprinkle crushed Taqueritos Chile Toreado on top to add more crunch and spiciness before serving.
