  • 2 cups cooked corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup grated dry cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Taqueritos Chile Toreado to serve

  • Step 1. Place the corn kernels in a small skillet or saucepan and heat over medium until warmed through.
  • Step 2. Remove from heat and mix with the mayonnaise and lime juice until combined. Season with salt to taste.
  • Step 3. Serve the hot corn in small cups, sprinkle with the grated dry cheese and finish by topping with Taqueritos Chile Toreado just before serving to add crunch and a spicy touch.
