- 1 ½ cups melting cheese (blend of mozzarella and Swiss-type or gouda cheese)

- Step 1. In a small saucepan or deep skillet, heat the cream over medium-low heat until hot, gradually add the cheese and mix constantly until completely melted and you get a creamy and homogeneous texture.
- Step 2. Serve the hot melted cheese in the center of a tray or table.
- Step 3. Serve with Taqueritos Queso Fusión as the main dip and place olives, pickles, and crudités around to complement and balance flavors and textures.
