- 12 chicken wings
- Salpimentar to taste
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 spoonful of cumin
- 1 cup of flour
- 3 beaten eggs
- Frying oil
- ½ cup sauce
- ½ cup of ranchera sauce
- 1 36g Bag Taqueritos Chile Torroado
- 1 Bag of 36g Taqueritos Fusion Cheese
Tutorial + -
- Step 1. Mix the spices (salt, pepper, garlic and cumin then marked chicken wings).
- Step 2. Rest the marinated wings for half an hour.
- Step 3. Crush the two types of taqueritos in a food processor and mix in a bowl.
- Step 4. pass the wings through the flour, then through the egg and finally the taqueritos.
- Step 5. Heat the oil and fry the wings.
- Step 6. Serve the wings on a plate and accompany with the sauces.
